• Arrival Time: We ask that you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. Arriving outside this window may result in your appointment being rescheduled or cancelled. If you arrive early, please wait in the designated north parking lot until your scheduled time.
• Gate Access: Upon entering the parking lot, use the right-side metal gate. Please press the buzzer, and our security team will guide you through entry into the secure area.
• Security Check: After parking, our team will greet you, verify your identification, and conduct a brief vehicle inspection. You will be escorted into the facility once these checks are completed.

Security Measures

• Identification: Please ensure you and any accompanying individuals have completed the required verification process before your visit. Bring valid, government-issued photo ID for identification purposes. Unverified individuals will not be permitted on the property.
• Cameras and Metal Detectors: You will pass through metal detectors upon arrival, and the use of any recording devices, including cameras or smartphones, is strictly prohibited for privacy and security reasons.
• Wand Searches: You may be subject to a wand search upon arrival to ensure the safety and integrity of our facility.
• Bag and Coat Checks: Large bags, purses, or bulky jackets may need to be checked and securely stored before entering the facility. Please avoid bringing unnecessary items.
