Silver Gold Bull’s Text Messaging Terms of Service
Please read these Text Messaging Terms of Service carefully. By agreeing or opting in to receive text messages from or on behalf of Silver Gold Bull, you agree to these terms. For the purpose of these terms, “we” or “us” refers to Silver Gold Bull, and “you” refers to the customer or subscriber.
1. Silver Gold Bull’s Marketing Text Message Service (“Messaging Service”) is a program that sends new Silver Gold Bull product releases, flash sales, daily deals and market trends, and other promotional material, via text message in SMS, MMS, or RCS format, to customers who have verified their mobile number and opted in to the Messaging Service. You understand that these text messages may be sent using automated technology.
2. You can cancel and opt-out of the Messaging Service at any time. To cancel, just text “STOP” in response to our text message. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you a text message in response to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to subscribe to the Messaging Service again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending text messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the Messaging Service you can reply to any text message received from us with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or (877) 646-5303.
4. Neither we, nor wireless providers/telecommunications carriers, are liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You expressly agree that use of the Messaging Service is at your own, and sole, risk, and that the Messaging Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. Silver Gold Bull disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
5. We do not charge you any fees to send or receive text messages. However, as always, messaging and data rates may apply for any text messages sent to you from us, and to us from you. You can expect {message frequency} text messages per month from us. If you have any questions about these rates, or your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
