COLOURED DESIGN

The coin's coloured reverse showcases Vecna levitating, with eight tentacles extending from his body. The design includes two demogorgons in the eerie Upside Down world, complete with demobats and flashes of lightning streaking across the night sky. The design includes the 'STRANGER THINGS' logo along with The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark.

The coin has been individually ‘antiqued’ to give it a unique finish conveying the surface abrasions of an ancient artefact. As a result of this treatment, the appearance of each coin in the mintage may vary.

PRESENTATION PACKAGING

The coin is housed in a black wooden case with red accents. The lid of the case features embossed details, as well as the official Netflix and Stranger Things logos. Packaged in a themed shipper, the release is accompanied by a numbered certificate of authenticity.

ABOUT THE PERTH MINT

The Perth Mint opened in 1899 as the British Royal Mint's 3rd branch in Australia. The historical Hay Street location handled gold refining until moving to a modern facility in April 1990.
