This coin was designed by Canadian artist Maurice Gervais and features a collection of holiday favourites including poinsettia leaves, a decorative holiday ornament, a five-pointed gold star and a hand-crafted Venetian glass candy cane in green, red and white created by Cortella & Ballarin S.N.C. master glass makers of Murano, Italy.

The words "20 Dollars 2013 Canada and the artists initials encircle the design.

The obverse features the Susanna Blunt effigy of Queen Elizabeth II and the words "Elizabeth II D.G. Regina."

This 1 ozt collector's piece is 9999 pure silver and comes encapsulated in a marron clamshell case with a serialized certificate and is limited to a mintage of 10,000.
